Phoenix, AZ (August 26, 2019) – An injury accident blocked the HOV lane of Loop 101 near Tatum Boulevard on Monday afternoon, August 26.

Authorities say that the wreck occurred when at least one SUV and one sedan collided in the left lanes of L-101 eastbound, also known as the Pima Freeway, near Tatum Blvd around 3:00 p.m. Police and fire rescue units were at the scene to assist injured victims and investigate the cause of the crash, but local authorities have not released the drivers’ information at this time.

All lanes reopened by 4:15 p.m.
