Phoenix, AZ (July 22, 2019) – A serious multi-vehicle crash on Monday night, July 22nd, blocked all traffic in the HOV and left lanes on Loop 101.

According to authorities, the injury accident occurred on L-101 westbound, also known as the Pima Freeway, near 7th Avenue when several vehicles collided around 9:40 p.m. Fire rescue units and Phoenix police were on the scene to assist victims and investigate the cause of the accident. At least two vehicles appear to be involved in the wreck, which remains under investigation at this time.

All lanes re-opened shortly before 10:00 p.m. Authorities have not released the victims’ information or their current conditions at this time.
