Phoenix, AZ – Head-on Collision Causes Injuries on I-10 at US 60

Phoenix, AZ (May 2, 2020) – Officers from the Phoenix Police Department said that injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 on Saturday.

According to officers, the accident occurred around 7:00 p.m. At least two sedans collided in the westbound lanes of I-10, also known as the Papago Freeway, at the US 60 ramp. All sustained severe front-end damage, and it appears that the accident may have been a head-on collision.

Phoenix paramedics were at the scene and transported at least one victim to a local area hospital.

Police are still investigating the accident at this time and haven’t provided an update on the victims’ current conditions.
