Phoenix, AZ (June 17, 2020) – An injury accident on Wednesday afternoon blocked the right lanes of traffic on Loop 101 at Thomas Road and resulted in injuries.

Officials responded to the scene of the accident, which occurred around 6:30 p.m. when multiple vehicles collided in the southbound lanes of L-101, also known as the Agua Fria Freeway. Police and fire rescue units were at the scene to assist injured victims and investigate the cause of the accident, which appeared to involve one SUV and two sedans in a rear-end crash.
