Phoenix, AZ – Injuries Reported in 3-Car Crash on L-202 at 44th St

Phoenix, AZ (January 16, 2020) – Three vehicles were involved in a car crash on Thursday evening, resulting in at least one serious injury on Loop 202 at 44th Street.

According to authorities from the Phoenix Police Department, the accident occurred when a driver lost control of their vehicle and veered into a building. Fire crews with both Phoenix and Scottsdale responded to the scene and reported that at least one person was transported to an area hospital. The victims’ identifying information and current conditions, however, have not been released.

The investigation into the circumstances leading up to the accident continues at this time.
