Phoenix, AZ – Injuries Reported in Multi-Car Crash at US 60 & I-10
Phoenix, AZ (December 7, 2019) – Officers from the Phoenix Police Department say that injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 on Saturday.
According to officers, the accident occurred around 11:00 p.m. Several sedans collided in the eastbound lanes of I-10, also known as the Papago Freeway, at the US 60 intersection. It appears that one vehicle was forced into the concrete barrier after the chain-reaction crash. That vehicle, as well as two others, sustained severe front-end damage.
Phoenix paramedics were at the scene and transported at least one victim to the hospital.
Police are still investigating the accident at this time and haven’t given an update on the victims’ current conditions.
