Phoenix, AZ – Injuries Reported in Multi-Car Crash on I-10 at Verrado Way

Phoenix, AZ (April 23, 2020) – Eastbound Interstate 10 near Verrado Way was closed after a crash occurred that resulted in injuries on Thursday, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Per reports from Phoenix officers, the crash apparently involved multiple passenger vehicles and shut down several lanes around 12:30 p.m. Initial reports indicated that more than two vehicles were off the road and photographed in a ditch by the freeway.

An Arizona Department of Public Safety spokesperson said that injuries have been reported and at least one victim was transported to an area hospital via ambulance.
