Phoenix, AZ (May 16, 2020) – At least two cars were involved in an injurious accident on Interstate 10 on Saturday evening.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, at least one person may have been injured and transported to the hospital via ambulance after the wreck. The accident occurred around 6:55 p.m. on I-10 westbound, also known as the Papago Freeway. The wreck occurred near 75th Avenue and involved two sedans, per information from the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Phoenix fire rescue units and paramedics were at the scene shortly after the accident as well.

No further information was available on the cause of the wreck, though authorities are still investigating at this time.
