Phoenix, AZ (December 14, 2019) – The eastbound lanes of Interstate-10 at Interstate-17 in Phoenix were closed and injuries were reported following a multi-car crash on Saturday. 

According to officials from the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash happened just before 2:00 a.m. Officers say that a commercial vehicle crashed and went off the on-ramp after colliding with another vehicle.

The driver was transported to an area hospital by Phoenix paramedics. It is unclear what caused the crash, but the accident remains under investigation at this time
