Phoenix, AZ – Injury Crash Reported on L-202 at Van Buren Ramp
Phoenix, AZ (June 6, 2020) – A crash causing injuries forced a portion of Loop 202 near the Van Buren ramp to close Saturday afternoon in Phoenix.
Phoenix police said an initial investigation indicated two cars traveling westbound on L-202 collided, causing a chain-reaction crash in the Van Buren off-ramp around 3:30 p.m. It appears at least one victim was transported to the hospital via ambulance with minor injuries, though further details on their condition have not been released.
An investigation into the circumstances leading up to the accident continues at this time.
