Phoenix, AZ (May 22, 2020) – A multi-vehicle accident on Friday evening blocked the HOV and left lanes of I-17 past the on-ramp at Camelback Road.

According to authorities at the scene of the wreck, the multi-vehicle crash occurred around 11:30 p.m. when at least two vehicles collided in the left lanes of the I-17 Black Canyon Freeway. Police and fire rescue were assisting injured victims and investigating the cause of the crash on southbound I-17.

The drivers’ information and their current conditions have not been released at this time.
