Phoenix, AZ (September 2, 2019) – A multi-vehicle accident blocked the right lane of Loop 101 before Tatum Boulevard on Monday afternoon, September 2.

According to authorities, the wreck involved at least two vehicles that collided in the right lanes of L-101 eastbound, also known as the Pima Freeway, at Tatum Boulevard around 4:30 p.m.

Fire rescue units and police responded to the scene to aid injured victims and investigate the cause of the crash.

Authorities have not released any information in regards to the extent of the injuries the victims have suffered.
