Phoenix, AZ – Multi-Vehicle Crash Results in Injuries on L-101 Agua Fria at Bell Rd
Phoenix, AZ (February 13, 2020) – A crash involving a small truck and two sedans resulted in at least one serious injury on Loop 101 on Thursday night.
According to officers from the Phoenix Police Department, the wreck occurred when a truck rear-ended a sedan in the left northbound lanes of Loop 101, also known as the Agua Fria Freeway. The collision occurred near the Bell Road off-ramp around 10:10 p.m., and it appears that a chain-reaction accident resulted from the initial wreck.
Police and fire rescue units were dispatched to the scene to assist at least one seriously injured victim. It appeared that Phoenix paramedics transported that victim to the hospital via ambulance, but there is no update on their current condition or the pickup driver’s condition.
