Phoenix, AZ – Pedestrian Seriously Injured After Auto Accident Near Osborn Road
Phoenix, AZ (July 5, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck by a car and seriously injured while crossing the street early Wednesday morning, July 3rd.
According to officials, the 36-year-old man was crossing Seventh Avenue mid-block at 2:00 a.m. near Osborn Road when he was hit and injured in the auto accident. The driver, a 32-year-old man, was traveling northbound on Seventh Avenue.
The man who was struck was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver stayed at the scene and was not impaired, police say.
