Phoenix, AZ – Three-Car Crash Causes Injuries on L-202 at Van Buren St
Phoenix, AZ (July 12, 2020) – A crash causing injuries forced a portion of Loop 202 near the Van Buren ramp to close Sunday afternoon in Phoenix.
Phoenix police said an initial investigation indicated three cars traveling westbound on L-202 collided, causing a chain-reaction crash near the Van Buren off-ramp around 6:30 p.m. It appears at least one victim was either treated at the scene or transported to the hospital via ambulance with minor injuries, though further details on their condition have not been released.
An investigation into the circumstances leading up to the accident continues at this time.
