Phoenix, AZ (November 2, 2020) – Officers from the Phoenix Police Department are investigating a serious multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 17 that occurred on Monday afternoon.

The accident occurred around 2:30 p.m. on I-17 southbound near Cactus Road, though it’s not clear how it initially occurred. Parademics were at the scene and working alongside officers to assist the victims of the accident but they have not released further details.

The accident remains under investigation at this time.

We would like to extend our thoughts to the injured victims and their families in hopes of a full recovery.
