Phoenix, AZ (March 17, 2020) – An early afternoon crash that occurred on Tuesday left one woman injured.

According to Phoenix Fire Department spokesperson Kenny Overton, the woman was walking with a child when they were hit by a car in the area of 19th Avenue and Camelback Road. The 25-year old woman sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries and a 2-year old child with her was unharmed, per reports from Phoenix Police Department spokeswoman Sgt. Maggie Cox.

The Phoenix Police Department is still investigating the accident at this time and has not released further details about the driver involved or the cause of the wreck.
