Pinal County, AZ (November 6, 2019) – A detention officer from the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office is recovering in the hospital after an accident on Tuesday morning.
The detention officer, who was training new academy cadets, went out for a morning jog with his class on Diversion Dam Road in Florence and he was struck by a vehicle and seriously injured.
