Injurious Car Wrecks in Arizona
Hundreds of car wrecks occur daily on Arizona roads, ranging from small fender benders to significant multi-car accidents with injuries or even casualties. Approximately 130,000 collisions happened throughout the state last year alone, with nearly 11,000 of those involving at least two vehicles and two or more injured victims. And according to data released by the Arizona Department of Transportation, serious car accidents are on the rise.
These collisions are stressful for those involved and can lead to tragic, unforeseen situations for victims and their families. Multi-car crashes result in emotional distress, long-term physical problems, complicated negotiations with insurance companies, and lost wages. However, those affected can seek help from a personal injury lawyer and learn more about safeguarding their legal rights after a crash.
