Injurious Crashes in Arizona
The latest accident report from the Arizona Department of Transportation showed that the state had more than 130,000 accidents in 2018. Unfortunately, countless injuries resulted from these wrecks. At least 37,000 of the accidents involved two or more seriously injured victims requiring medical care or hospitalization. Furthermore, many of these wrecks are caused by distracted or impaired drivers.
Those who sustain crash injuries often have to cope with both physical and emotional trauma. Wreck victims must document their injuries, negotiate with insurance companies, and take time from work. They may even have to deal with lost wages or job loss. But victims and their families can seek help from a personal injury lawyer, especially if they’ve been involved in an accident that’s caused by the negligent actions of another driver.
