Injurious Collisions in Arizona
In just one year alone, more than 36,000 car accidents occurred in Arizona. These wrecks led to nearly 55,000 total injuries or hospitalizations in 2018. But those injured in these serious incidents are affected for months or even years after the initial accident. In fact, victims often experience long-term mental and physical distress, especially when they’re involved in an accident caused by another driver’s negligence.
When an accident occurs through no fault of their own, victims are forced to negotiate with insurance companies, cover expensive medical treatment, and deal with lost wages while they recover. But victims and their families can seek help from a personal injury lawyer. In some cases, a skilled attorney can seek justice and the fair compensation victims deserve from a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit.
