Seligman, AZ – Injuries Reported in Multi-Car Crash on I-40 Near Ash Fork
Seligman, AZ (June 19, 2020) – Multiple cars crashed on Interstate 40 in Seligman on Friday evening, causing at least one injury requiring treatment by local EMTs.
Officers from the Ash Fork Police Department say that the crash happened around 10:00 p.m. on I-40 westbound near Seligman at milepost 127. According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, the crash caused the left lanes of westbound I-40 to be closed but the road has since reopened. EMTs were at the scene of the accident to evaluate and treat the victims but have not released details about their identities or injuries.
It is unclear what caused the accident and how many victims were injured, but the accident remains under investigation at this time.
