Superior, AZ (May 3, 2020) – A multi-car accident on US 60 east of Superior on Sunday morning resulted in at least one serious injury.

According to authorities on the scene, the crash occurred when at least two vehicles collided in the center lanes of US 60 westbound, also known as the Superstition Freeway, near Superior around 2:30 a.m. First responders arrived at the scene of the accident to assist injured victims, though they’re still working to determine the cause of the collision.

The accident remains under investigation at this time.
