Tempe, AZ (December 9, 2019) – Injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle car crash on US 60 in Tempe on Monday evening.

Officials from the Tempe Police Department said that a small passenger car collided with another vehicle around 9:00 p.m. near the Rio Salado Parkway and McClintock Drive.

According to officers, the car was traveling eastbound in the HOV lanes and rear-ended a sedan in front of them. Tempe paramedics were called to the scene and rendered aid to injured victims. It’s unclear if any injured parties were transported to the hospital.

Impairment is not considered a factor in this accident at this time, though the investigation is ongoing.
