Tempe, AZ – Multi-Car Crash Causes Injuries on I-10 at Warner Rd
Tempe, AZ (May 6, 2020) – At least one person was injured after a crash involving multiple vehicles in Tempe. The accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Authorities say that the crash happened around 12:30 p.m. on eastbound Interstate 10 near Warner Road. According to DPS, a vehicle was traveling eastbound when it collided with the rear of a second vehicle. DPS said that both vehicles lost control at that point and one of them may have collided with one other car. Phoenix EMTs and Tempe authorities were at the scene to assist victims, though the severity of their injuries is unknown.
No other details were released at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
