Tucson, AZ (December 16, 2019) – At least one serious injury was reported in connection to a crash that occurred on Monday at a midtown intersection.

According to reports from the Tucson Police Department, the accident took place near the intersection of Grant Road and Alvernon Way, near Wilmot Road, and involved at least two vehicles. Motorists were advised to avoid the area while officers investigated, though the cause of the wreck and the victims’ identities have not been released. Tucson paramedics were at the scene to treat victims and transported at least one person to the hospital via ambulance.
