Tucson, AZ – Man Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Wreck at Golf Links Rd & Swan Rd
Tucson, AZ (November 3, 2019) – A man has died following a motorcycle crash on Golf Links Road, west of South Swan Road, on Sunday.
According to reports from the Tucson Police Department, it appears that the accident occurred when a sedan struck the motorcycle as both were traveling eastbound on Gold Links. Eastbound Golf Links was closed and westbound traffic was restricted as a result of the crash, the department said. Tucson paramedics arrived at the scene shortly after the crash occurred, though it appears that the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. It is unclear if the other driver was transported to the hospital or treated at the scene.
Tucson Police Department detectives are investigating the accident and asked drivers to avoid the area for several hours as they cleared the wreckage.
