Pedestrian Accidents in Arizona

When it comes to pedestrian accidents, Arizona is one of the deadliest states in the country, with a 35 percent rise in pedestrian deaths over the last 10 years. And according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, one pedestrian was killed every hour across the country in 2016 alone.

Pedestrians who are struck by drivers are often left with high medical costs, long-term physical problems, and severe emotional trauma. Even when pedestrians use crosswalks, they are far more vulnerable to life-threatening injuries. However, the victims and families affected by these accidents can seek legal aid from a skilled personal injury lawyer.
