Work Accidents in Arizona
Serious injuries are common on the job site, especially in construction areas or in the manufacturing industry, where workers often operate heavy equipment and machinery. In fact, injurious work incidents resulted in almost 40 fatalities in Arizona last year alone.
After a work accident, victims and families are often left with financial difficulties and emotional trauma, especially after a fatal work accident. Employers may attempt to cover up the incident or avoid paying a victim’s fair compensation after an accident on the job site, particularly in cases where employers are at fault for the incident. If you have suffered in a work accident as a result of an employer’s negligence or lost a loved one in a serious work incident, you should contact a personal injury attorney to review your options.
