Our thoughts go out to the injured victim and their family in hopes of a full recovery.
Workplace Accidents in Arizona
Serious injuries can be common and dangerous on the job site, particularly in construction areas or on job sites that deal with chemicals and other dangerous materials. When it comes to construction and utility zones, employees often operate heavy equipment and machinery. Workers may interact with toxic materials and flammable liquids that cause both short-term and long-term physical issues. Furthermore, these accidents in the workforce can result in fatal consequences. In fact, almost 40 deaths were attributed to workplace accidents last year in Arizona alone.
Victims and families are often left with financial difficulties and emotional trauma in the aftermath. In fact, employers may attempt to cover up the incident or avoid paying fair compensation after workplace injuries in Arizona, especially when they’re determined to be at fault for the incident.
