Avondale, AZ (August 2, 2019) – An injury accident on Friday evening, August 2nd, blocked the left two lanes of traffic at the Avondale off-ramp on I-10.

Officials on the scene say that at least two vehicles collided in the eastbound lanes of I-10, also known as the Papago Freeway, around 8:46 p.m. Police and fire rescue units were on the scene of the multi-vehicle wreck, which closed the left lanes of traffic for an hour. First responders assisted injured victims and are working to determine the cause of the crash. However, the drivers’ information, as well as their current conditions, have not been released at this time.
