Mesa, AZ (July 13, 2019) – A multi-vehicle crash blocked the HOV lane on I-10 at Baseline Road on Saturday afternoon, July 13th.

According to reports, the accident occurred around 1:15 p.m. and appeared to involve at least two vehicles traveling westbound on I-10, also called the Maricopa Freeway. Police and fire rescue units were on the scene to assist the victims and investigate the cause of the injury crash.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation, but the drivers’ identities, as well as their conditions, have not been released at this time.

All lanes reopened just before 3:00 p.m.
