Phoenix, AZ – Injuries Reported in 2-Car Crash on I-10 at 16th St
Phoenix, AZ (October 11, 2019) – Injuries were reported after a serious crash on Interstate 10 near 16th Street.
According to a report from the Phoenix Police Department, at least two sedans collided in the westbound lanes of I-10, also known as the Papago Freeway, at 16th Street around 7:30 p.m. Fire rescue units from the Phoenix Fire Department and Phoenix paramedics arrived at the scene to assist the injured victims. It appears that at least one victim was taken to an area hospital, but the extent of the victim’s injuries remains unclear.
Officers say that the other victims sustained minor injuries in the crash but their investigation is ongoing.
