Phoenix, AZ (December 18, 2020) – Two motorcycle riders were listed in critical condition after an accident that occurred on Friday in Phoenix.

Per reports from the Phoenix Police Department, a motorcycle collided with a passenger vehicle near 19th Avenue and Buckeye Road before 6:00 p.m. Phoenix officers said that the motorcycle’s driver and passenger were both taken to the hospital via ambulance with serious injuries. Sgt. Andy Williams said that the driver of the vehicle sustained minor injuries and was not transported to the hospital, according to officials.

The cause of the collision is under investigation, and the events leading up to the crash are unknown. However, impairment is not suspected at this time.
