Wickenburg, AZ – 2 Killed in Fatal Head-on Collision on US-93


Wickenburg, AZ (October 1, 2019) – Around 5:15 a.m. this morning, police responded to the scene of a fatal head-on collision on US-93 in Wickenburg.

According to police, the accident involved a UPS truck and a semi-truck. Police said the semi-truck was headed south when it crossed the center median for reasons that are not yet known.

The semi-truck collided into the UPS truck in the northbound lane, hitting it head-on. Two people were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

Photographs of the accident showed both vehicles, completely totaled, off the side of the road.

The investigation into the accident continues.
