Wickenburg, AZ (October 3, 2019) – Around 5 a.m. on Tuesday, two people were killed in a fatal truck accident on US-93 in Wickenburg.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety has been investigating the accident and said that two fatalities occurred after the serious accident.

Two commercial tractor-trailers were involved in the accident and sustained extensive damage to their cabs and trailers.

The two victims of the accident were identified as 27-year-old Mohammad Surwar and 58-year-old Arthur Perez. Witnesses said that Surwar’s vehicle crossed the center median and crashed into the truck driven by Perez.

The investigation into the accident took several hours before the police cleared the scene.
