Youngberg, AZ – Serious Crash Closes SR 88 Near Tortilla Flat
Youngberg, AZ (July 27, 2019) – A multi-vehicle crash closed State Route 88 on Saturday evening, July 27th.
According to authorities on the scene, multiple vehicles traveling eastbound collided on SR 88 eastbound, also known as the Apache Trail, near milepost 207 and Tortilla Flat. Fire rescue units and police officers responded to the accident around 8:55 p.m. to assist injured victims and investigate the cause of the accident, which appeared to involve at least two vehicles.
The highway reopened just before 10:00 p.m., but the drivers’ information, as well as their conditions, have not yet been released.
