Phoenix, AZ – Man in Wheelchair Struck & Injured on Bell Rd & 23rd Ave
Phoenix, AZ (April 10, 2020) – A man in a wheelchair was struck and seriously hurt by a car in north Phoenix late Tuesday night. According to Sgt. Ann Justus with the Phoenix Police Department, the man was crossing near Bell Road just before midnight when he was hit by a car going westbound.
