Phoenix, AZ – Injuries Reported in 3-Car Crash on I-10 at Buckeye Rd
Phoenix, AZ (March 15, 2020) – Officers from the Phoenix Police Department responded to a serious multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 on Sunday evening.
According to information from the scene, at least two vehicles collided in the left westbound lanes of I-10 at Buckeye Road off-ramp around 11:30 p.m. Rescue units from the Phoenix Fire Department were at the scene to assist victims and closed the area at 51st to clear the crash debris.
Paramedics arrived on the scene shortly after the wreck occurred and appeared to transport at least one victim to a local area hospital, but no word has been given on the severity of that victim’s injuries or any other victims’ injuries.
Officials are still working to determine the cause of the crash and have not released further details.
