Phoenix, AZ – Injuries Reported in Car Crash on I-10 at 16th St
Phoenix, AZ (July 6, 2020) – Injuries were reported in a multi-car accident on Interstate 10 near 16th Street on Monday afternoon.
According to Phoenix officials, dispatch units from the Phoenix Fire Department responded to I-10 westbound around 5:00 p.m. Authorities say that multiple vehicles collided in an apparent rear-end accident in the left and center lanes of the highway. Phoenix EMTs also responded to the scene of the wreck, though it’s unclear if victims were treated at the scene or transported to an area hospital.
There were traffic restrictions in place while Phoenix police officers continued their investigation.
