Phoenix, AZ – Teen Critically Injured in Pedestrian Crash at 75th Ave & Osborn Rd
Phoenix, AZ (February 17, 2020) – A teenage girl was critically injured after getting hit by a truck in Phoenix on Monday night.
Officers from the Phoenix Police Department say that the wreck happened around 8:00 p.m. at the intersection of 75th Avenue and Osborn Road, just south of Indian School Road. The girl was sent to the hospital via ambulance with life-threatening injuries, police say.
The driver who hit her stayed at the scene of the collision, though it is unclear whether speed or impairment were factors involved in the crash.
The intersection of 75th Avenue and Osborn Road was closed due to the ongoing investigation. The crash remains under investigation at this time.
