Superior, AZ – Injuries Reported in Auto Accident on SR 177 Near Ray
Superior, AZ (May 14, 2020) – State Route 177 was closed for a car accident on Thursday afternoon, according to local officials.
Per reports from the Superior Police Department, the collision occurred on SR 177 northbound near milepost 160 around 1:30 p.m. It isn’t clear how many vehicles were involved in the accident at this time, and the drivers’ information has not been released.
Officials were on the scene and investigating the cause of the accident. All lanes were closed for at least one hour, and EMTs were reportedly at the scene to evaluate the injured victims.
