Tempe, AZ – Injuries Reported in Possible Wrong-Way Crash on L-101 at University Dr
Tempe, AZ (March 19, 2020) – Injuries were reported after a crash on Loop 101 near University Drive on Thursday afternoon.
According to officers from the Tempe Police Department, the accident involved several vehicles and said that one of the vehicles involved appeared to be a car that drove the wrong way up the University Drive off-ramp around 6:40 p.m.
Tempe paramedics were at the scene to treat victims, though it’s unclear if any injured persons were transported to a hospital.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
