Phoenix, AZ – Two Seriously Injured in Three-Car Crash at Third St & McDowell Rd
Phoenix, AZ (November 29, 2020) – At least two people were hospitalized after a car accident involving three vehicles, which occurred near Third Street and McDowell Road on Sunday.
The crash happened in the late morning hours on Sunday, November 29. According to reports from the Phoenix Fire Department, first responders helped free a 39-year-old woman who was trapped in one of the vehicles. She was taken to the hospital via ambulance in critical condition. A 32-year-old man was also taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition, though it’s unclear if he was in the same vehicle as the first victim.
Department spokesperson Capt. Kenny Overton said the cause of the crash is under investigation by Phoenix Police Department, and the victims are not being identified at this time.
