Phoenix, AZ – 2 Hospitalized After 2-Car Crash at 83rd Ave & Glendale Ave
Phoenix, AZ (March 22, 2020) – A crash in the western Valley area on Sunday afternoon sent two people to a local hospital, per information from the Phoenix Police Department.
Officers say that the two-vehicle collision happened around 2:00 p.m. near 83rd Avenue and Glendale Avenue. Police say the accident involved a truck and a passenger car, and two occupants from the passenger car were transported to a local hospital via ambulance.
One of those victims suffered critical injuries, though the extent of those injuries is unknown.
The driver of the truck remained at the scene. Detectives were attempting to determine whether speed or impairment might have been factors in the collision, but the accident remains under investigation at this time.
