Phoenix, AZ – Injuries Reported in Rollover Crash on L-202 Near 40th St
Phoenix, AZ (March 7, 2020) – A rollover crash sent at least one person to the hospital Saturday evening.
According to a report from the Arizona Department of Public Safety, one driver’s vehicle rolled over following a collision on Loop 202 Red Mountain around 6:30 p.m. DPS officials said that a chain-reaction crash appeared to be responsible for the rollover accident, which occurred in the right eastbound lanes of traffic on the Red Mountain Freeway, just north of 40th Street.
At that point, medical units arrived on the scene and transported the victims to the hospital.
Officers from the Phoenix Police Department are still investigating and have not released the victims’ identities or current conditions.
