Phoenix, AZ – Injury Wreck Blocks L-101 Near McDowell Rd
Phoenix, AZ (August 26, 2019) – An injury accident blocked the right lane of Loop 101 near McDowell Road on Monday afternoon, August 26.
According to authorities, the wreck occurred when at least two sedans collided in the right lanes of L-101 southbound, also known as the Agua Fria Freeway, near McDowell Road around 4:30 p.m. Police and fire rescue units were on the scene, assisting injured victims and investigating the cause of the crash. However, local authorities have not released the drivers’ information.
All lanes reopened by 5:15 p.m.
