Phoenix, AZ – Semi-Truck Crash Causes Injuries on L-303 at I-17
Phoenix, AZ (March 25, 2020) – Officers from the Phoenix Police Department say that injuries were reported in a semi-truck crash that occurred on Loop 303 on Wednesday.
According to officials from the Arizona Department of Public Safety, at least two other vehicles were involved in the semi-truck accident, which occurred around 2:00 p.m. at L-303 westbound and Interstate 17 southbound.
It’s unclear how the wreck occurred at this time, though officers were still collecting evidence at the scene. Rescue units were also at the scene to treat victims and appeared to transport one victim to an area hospital.
All lanes at I-17 were closed as DPS conducted an investigation.
