Tucson, AZ – Serious Injury Reported in Pedestrian Crash at Sarnoff & Broadway Blvd
Tucson, AZ (December 4, 2020) – Officers with the Tucson Police Department are investigating a serious injury crash involving a pedestrian that occurred on the east side Friday evening.
Police say that westbound traffic on Broadway Boulevard was closed from Pantano to Sarnoff as investigators worked to collect evidence at the scene.
It’s unknown if the driver stayed at the scene. Local EMTs were dispatched to the area shortly after the crash occurred but have not released specific details about the pedestrian’s injuries or their current condition. No charges or citations have been issued at this time, though the investigation is ongoing. No further details on the cause of the crash have been revealed, and neither the driver nor the pedestrian involved in the accident has been identified.
